Intake
Create a ticket in POS or Admin with one item description, service type, notes, and an optional due date. Add a customer if useful.
HOW IT WORKS
ClaimCheck gives service work a shared place in Shopify, with four fixed stages that stay easy to understand at the counter and in the back office.
Create a ticket in POS or Admin with one item description, service type, notes, and an optional due date. Add a customer if useful.
Open the ticket from POS or Admin and advance it when the work begins. The visual timeline updates for the team.
Mark the work ready so counter staff can see what is waiting. ClaimCheck does not send customer notifications.
Complete the ticket after pickup. The final stage is visibly checked in both the Admin and POS timelines.
VISIBLE IN POS + ADMIN
Both surfaces show the same ticket stage.
NO STATUS GUESSWORK
Search the ticket, see its current stage, and move it forward. The fixed workflow keeps training simple and the status consistent between locations.
OPTIONAL COMMERCE LINKS
A ticket can stand on its own. Customer and payment links are available without becoming requirements for every intake.
Attach an existing Shopify customer during intake, or add, replace, or remove the customer later from Admin.
Add one service-deposit line to the Shopify POS cart. After checkout, the linked order and deposit amount appear with the ticket.
When the customer returns, use the separate balance-payment flow. ClaimCheck stores the linked order and updates amount paid and remaining.
Scope note: payment progress is ticket context, not invoicing, refund handling, estimating, or full accounting.
START IN SHOPIFY POS
The tile surfaces the open-ticket count and opens the ClaimCheck modal for intake, search, ticket details, status changes, and eligible payment actions.
PREPARING FOR LAUNCH
ClaimCheck is preparing for launch. Check the launch page for the verified Shopify App Store link when installation opens.
